| Pretty damned proud of myself last night as I turned our roasted easter chicken into a delightful and delicious chicken pot pie using Trader Joes puff pastry. Tonight I plan to boil down dem bones to make a gelatinous mass for cauliflower soup. Nothing will go to waste! |
