Birthday discovery

Early spring strawberries come in from California. But it's birthday season around here, so we make exceptions for buying local produce and eat up several boxes of these in April.

These were sliced up for our waffle breakfast bar. 



Instead, we made sandwiches:
Strawberry slices = bread
Nutella = ham and cheese
Whipped cream = mayonaisse 
Uber delicious and a super way to round out waffles and coffee/chocolate milk.
